Mr. Taylor, I have been in the funeral business all of my life. I have run some of the largest funeral homes in the country. I am retired now and had the unfortunate circumstance of a love one in your area passing away. When I arrived in Jackson, MS I took it on myself to aid my family members in the planning of this tragedy.   I met, along with my family, with all the parties we needed to meet with.  When I found out there was a problem with flowers I contacted a friend of mine and he told me to call Green Floral. He stated this was not only the best florist in the area but will go over board to achieve what we need. After my conversation with him I called Green Floral, and got an answering service, (understandably so since it was 8:00pm in the evening), trying to help me. When I explained to them the detail of what I needed they gave me a Gentlemen’s cell phone.  I called and met Mr. Taylor. After a long time on the phone, he said he could achieve what we needed. I went to his store the following morning, which was a Sunday, and met with him. I was shocked at the inventory of flowers he showed me. I placed the order and very unsettled on if Green Floral could do what we had talked about. Mr. Taylor assured me that is was not a problem and seemed to know what he was talking about, but I have been a funeral director for a long time and seen the promises broken and garbage sent before. Well, Sunday afternoon I arrived at the funeral home early to be sure everything had been done as asked. When I walked into the parlor and saw the flowers that we had ordered I was stunned! I have never seen anything as beautiful. They were all the most incredible things this old man had ever seen. I needed to send this to you to say Thank you and hope my words say more than that.
